1. Delivery Statement

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping duration may vary due to different shipping methods and regional logistics conditions. Shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All our watches are locally shipped from Indiana, USA. Standard orders take 3-5 days for delivery across the United States, while popular best-selling orders take 3-7 days. If any special circumstances cause logistics delays or time changes, our customer service team will notify customers of the updated situation in advance.

3. Logistics Partners & Shipment Notification

We cooperate with premium logistics carriers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Next-day delivery service is available for eligible regions. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with complete tracking information for real-time shipment monitoring.

4. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss or damage to the purchased items shall transfer to the customer once we hand over the package to the logistics carrier. We are an official authorized seller serving US customers. For non-delivery claims of shipped orders, we will conduct a formal investigation and may require customers to sign and return an affidavit before processing claims. We reserve the right to replace products or issue account credits at our discretion based on official verification results.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Watch orders can be cancelled within 3 hours after order placement or before seller order confirmation, whichever comes first. Orders are not cancellable once the 3-hour cancellation window expires or the seller has confirmed the order.

Eligible orders can be cancelled directly via the “Track My Order” or “My Account” page by following the on-screen cancellation instructions. Customers who place orders via guest checkout must register and log in to an official account to manage or cancel their orders.

6. Final Sale & Return Terms

All watch sales are final sales. Customers shall verify product pricing and condition by contacting our support team before completing purchases. Refunds will only be processed for verified fulfillment errors caused by our side, such as incorrect item delivery or inventory shortage.

7. Exclusive Warranty & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day no-reason return and exchange policy. Orders will be automatically confirmed as fulfilled 14 days after delivery. No non-quality-related returns or exchanges will be accepted. Super clone watches are covered by a 3-year official warranty, and Swiss original customized watches are covered by a 5-year official warranty. All watches come with complete official accessories including certificates, warranty cards, purchase receipts, and original packaging. Orders with custom Swiss original movements require prior reservation and confirmation via our customer service.
