Standard orders can be delivered within 3 to 5 business days across the United States, while popular best-selling models require 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

2. Order Cancellation Rules

Customers are entitled to free and independent order cancellation within3 hours after order placement. Once the 3-hour window expires, orders will enter the shipment preparation process and cannot be cancelled directly. 5. Custom Movement Reservation Rules

Watches equipped with original Swiss movements are not available for direct online ordering. Customers who wish to purchase such products must contact our official customer service in advance to reserve a customized order. 6. Gift Return Rules

If an order is marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, eligible returns will be refunded in the form of gift points or gift vouchers. The physical gift voucher will be mailed out once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the order is not marked as a gift or delivered to the purchaser for gifting later, refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser, who will receive real-time updates of the return progress.

All after-sales verification, return, exchange, and warranty judgments are final, based solely on actual product inspection results and the terms of this policy. Returns, exchanges, and free warranty services will not be provided for damage caused by improper use, human error, or return requests submitted after the valid after-sales period.
