Refund Policy
Returns
We only accept returns for orders placed online within 7 days of purchase. If your purchase is more than 7 days old, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns.
We only accept returns of damaged/missing items. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
All return/refund requests must be sent to 47361377@qq.com with complete purchase details.
Some items are not eligible for return. For example, perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) are not eligible for return. Intimate apparel or hygiene products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also not eligible for return.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our fault)
- Any item returned more than 7 days after receipt
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund, which will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to 47361377@qq.com and ship the item to: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
